While sorting/straightening my up stairs freezer as it was packed with leftovers. I ran across a small pkg marked stew/shish-ka-bob 11/99 . I butcher my own and freezer wrap ,partilaly freeze then vacuum pack in pkgs figuring winter(inside cooking0 and summer9bbq season). Well I must have taken the pkg out and never cooked it and it just kept moving around instead of turning into ground. I took it out yesterday and today it looked like the day I harvested it. and tastes just as good. So just a word to the wise. Extra time, prep and pride will go far when you least expect it.. Some may say I over did it but, nefer had any bad meat yet.[tasty][up]

HOLY VOMMIT ATTACK!!! Even if you read it wrong and it was from 09', that would be no good. Professionally freezer packed raw meat that you buy in the store doesn't even last that long. You sir either have some huge beans, or you're a little crazy. But I wish you the best either way lol.
