Deer: End baiting...at the very least on public land. End unlimited antlerless on public land. 2 bucks per year, any weapon would be a great thing too.
Coyotes: I agree 24x7x365 and some type of rifle. Max T-shot and shotguns is really making it difficult getting them.

Change the deer seasons/bag limits back to what they were in 1970 for the next 5 years:

Then after that 5 year period expires have a deer biologist who is an independent consultant that the Div. if Fish & Game has no control over evaluate the overall situation and make recomendations that the Div. if Fish & Game has to follow, because they have demonstrated that all they do is MISmanage the deer herd for the sake of selling $28 permits.

get rid of the 3 different bow seasons..combine them into 1 but maybe increase tag to $40 say for example..and any military personnel, active or retired should be FREE for life [up][up][up][up]
Tough to pick just one, but something to improve the buck age structure which is a huge problem.
Would have to pick 4 pt one side apr state wide with an exception for youth day.
The need for earn-a-buck would be reduced also. Hunters who in the past would of shot young bucks for meat will now take more does to fill the freezer.
Its a win win situation once we get through the first year of the rebulding process.

Eliminate the rifle permit entirely! It's a riduculous money grab that makes no sense whatsoever. Rifle and muzzleleoader training will then be included in the basic firearm safety course.

Shorten the deer Season. Deer season should End in early/mid January.
2 bucks Per season (Overall).
Drives should be banned and Buck shot is a joke. It should be banned. This past 6-day, I had two guys call me this past 6-Day and tell me they had to kill a buck because it was wounded by buck shot (Proof was confirmed by the butcher). Pisses me off. I HATE deer drives.
Harsher penalties for trespassing (with intent to hunt) and poaching. Charges should be handled by the state with out the need for landowner's pressing charges. 1st offense, major fine, loss of hunting license for 3 years. 2nd offense, major fine, loss of hunting license 10 years. 3rd offense, permanent loss of license and mandatory Jail time.
Separate crossbow season. Similar to 6-Day.
Fall bow and Permit Bow season should always end/begin on Oct 31st/Nov 1st.
I like the idea of a Refresher course for hunter education. Can be done on-line. But you must need to complete it every 3 years. Include help with understand etiquette and new regulations.
