APR restrictions all zones

No Deer drives on public land
add 3 points or more to all zones ! Do away with the hunter orange patch that the CO's carry because it gives exact color of the brightness and that patch never sees daylight. Do away with the 3 shot limit in shotguns for deer,turkey & ducks. Hunt on Sundays cause State and religion are to remain seperate. Do away with the gun case law if your in the woods / pine roads. Add 1 buck per type of license. No extended season just make seasons later in the year.

that WRITTEN permission slips had to be IN possession while hunting any piece of property.
as it is done in Ohio, get caught without it MAJOR fine.

I am going to say open a Spring Bear Bow season.
There is not much going on then anyhow except for Turkey hunting and getting ready for fishing season. Having the two seasons for Bear would avoid the problem we had this year with unfavorable conditions thus more Bear harvested and goal being met.
And how cool would it be to take a Bear with a Longbow or Recurve.
