Got around to setting a piece that ive trapped for the last three or four years where some of you may recall I tangled with a coyote that ive lost three or four times now...
Ive had no problems holding coyotes this year at all. Things had been going pretty well all in all. The last time I had this coyote, I told a couple of you fellas that I was sure he was 'learning' had to get out.
I came up to this location and there was no real catch circle and I couldnt find the snare at first. Sure enough. I followed the extension behind a bush and found the remains, lol. He's gotten to the point where he doesnt even fight the snare anymore..just layed down and got to chewing. snare wasnt even tangled up in the brush and even the grass was still upright.
sad part is he's such a pain in the ass, I dont even want to catch him anymore. I'll stick with the stupid ones. I just want him to stay outta my gear, lol.
