Jumped 4 in field , had one about 40 yards still was too dark to make out size gender, nothing since

Took my 9 yr old son out with me, nailed a doe at 7am. he actually spotted them. On the way to the property was explaining how quiet we have to be and what does he do when he see's the deer. Screems out "Daddy dear coming here" and pointed to them, it was real cute. The only thing I forgot was to bring the camera, sorry no pic.

home now ,(recap ) i parked and headed through the field , saw 4 does sitting in the back with my head lamp on i was able to walk almost right up to them before they spooked , (25 ft)....then head to the stand got inabout 515am ....sat for till just before light could barely see ! and saw a lone one by the feeder i just put out , he left and after it was light i look behind me i got 2 scrub rack bucks walking in wandering , they passed and walked off , then 2 fawns came out to the feeder , hung around for a little while then them too walked off ....one of the scrub was still lurking around .....i seen him in the distance by some brush ......after getting down , i checked my cam i put out on wensday along with the feeder , and almost everyday had deer by it and a whole gaggle of turkeys....until tom afternoon ....gents! and ladies

debating on a afternoon sit not sure with the wind though. The only good thing is alot of acorns will fall today ..
