We offer 24 hour refrigerated drop off. I just ask that you call before or after normal business hours. I do this because I would like to see your deer get refrigerated as soon as possible rather than sit overnight in warm temps. It doesn't matter what time you call, I live on the farm and understand sometimes you cant find your deer or have to back out and wait.

Each and every deer we cut is done 1 at a time guaranteeing your meat back. Even the hamburger is labeled with your number and ground separately 1 at a time. The deer you drop off is the deer you get back guaranteed.

All cuts are 100 percent boneless, cleaned, and trimmed.

Every cut including the hamburger is professionally vacuum packed and labeled.

Standard cut is $80.00 and consists of steaks, roasts, back straps left whole, cut into 1 inch chops, butterflied chops, or quartered, and hamburger. If you would like stew meat or cutlets just ask and we would be happy to do that for no additional charge.

A $15.00 discount for all deer under 50lbs during the EAB season only.

Jalapeno cheddar dogs
Hot dogs
Venison pork roll
Kielbasa
Hot sticks

Specialty items are 5 and 6 dollars a pound and are also vacuum packed in 1.lb portions.

Open 7 days a week
Sept, Oct 8am - 9pm
Nov - Feb 9am - 8am

very fair prices and you dont charge extra for cutlets
I ALWAYS have jimmy make me a few lbs of cutlets when I drop off a deer. He cuts them nice and thin. I make venison parmesan with them and tell my dinner guests that it's veal parmesan and they say it's the best veal they've ever had!!!!
