When I was in High School we had a field trip to the pond, it was a blast... I caught this one in the same spot that I caught an 18 Brooke two weeks earlier. It is away from the crowds and popular stocking spots. I am sure it still is a stocked trout not caught under one of the bridges or popular spots. Best trout I have caught to date

Thanks as much as people complain about NJ regs and prices (which are a little steep) where else can you turkey hunt in the morning and catch quality trout a mile a way while being so close to home. I am sure there are many places but this is just an expression.
