Been about 4-5 weeks now on my application. When I call to track it, It just say it has been received and is processing. My question is will it say when it has shipped or is that it as far as tracking?

Why did you file in Florida? Don't you live in NJ? Can you legally carry in NJ with a CCW from Florida????? Somehow I think NJ would not accept it. What are the rules??

NJ passthrough i think many nj residents are applying for ccw permits in other states now because of the current bill that if enacted will make ccw permits from other states honored in all 50.

Ultra- I'm sure NJ lawmakers will find a loop hole to prevent it somehow. I don't care I can carry in PA

They're bombarded with applications right now. Likely the cause for the delay. When I did mine a long time ago, it took 3 weeks, total.

Unfortunatly this applies only if you have a permit in your home State.
