my string broke and now I cant hunt till its replaced

Have extra string set-up and ready... need to make a better back up bow now.... waiting for my new stave to come in. The one I have I'm making for the deer contest. Taking my time to make a really nice bow for someone... that wins

You know what I mean Mystic. Even if you have a backup string setup and shot in, you still have to make sure everything is dead on. You might spend the day you have off tinkering with your bow.

Or Heaven forbid you should (dare I say it) run your bow over with your vehicle, or drop it on a rock and break a limb, or leave it baking in a vehicle till it delaminates, or have an angry bear eat it, or...You get the idea! :D

Not saying a "backup bow" is absolutely necessary, but its definitely nice to have.

Kris and I are just busting chops anyway. I know he wants a backup..:D Aint gettin none o' my bows boy!:p:D

I will sell you a way to long for you Oneida. Yes I think I may be finally ready to part with it. You can send it to Monster Bows and they can set you up to have a 95% let off bow that will hang at full draw under the weight of the bow!
