to me it would fall under being a barbbed head like the rage 3 blade or the t3

Barbed broadheads are not legal. But if it's a mechanical and not a fixed barb, who knows....[confusedagain]

yeah i use rage 2 blade right now and was thinking about tring something else but its had to give up rage board heads

Pretty cool design. I have seen a deer bite and pull/try to remove the arrow. This blade would definately enlarge the entrance hole while cutting the insides as well, as the deer would be pulling towards it's front. Opposite of the way the blade entered.

They are great fly like a field point and they are sharpened on both sides of the blades the blades flip up but not all the way. So its not barbed great holes
