Do you have any pics of the beetles at work, I would like to see that..
here is a beaver skull, its about 30 minutes in the bug bin, as you can see they go to work fast. with in 24 hours there was no meat to be found at all.

curious...how do you keep the beetles alive?  Do you have to constantly put a food source in there for them?
I keep them in a freezer box with a fan and heat.I feed them non stop till my colony gets to where I am happy then slow it down to keep them under control. as far as life span they lay so many eggs they can double there numbers in a short time. .
Charlie, it won't be long before you have a thread going telling us how those beetles got loose in your house and are eating up your home.
it happened already bro, lucky I keep them in my shed, they were all over the place. wasnt a fun night ,lol
