Saw 2 bobcats on Old Mine rd last week. Sitting, parked on my motorcycle around mile marker 8.5 when I look down the rd and think i see 2 bear cubs playing in the middle of the rd. Glassed them and they were 2 cats playfully fighting over something one of them had killed. I sat ther quietly and one actually strolled closer to me until he realized I was sitting there when he got within 150 yards, he just exited stage right into the woods. Very cool! anybody else see any cats?

i have seen a few in asbury, warren county. i know some people that will not trap fox because they catch too many bobcats. it aint easy to let a snared cat go! [lol]

Bobcat sightings are rare. In my 40+ years of hunting NJ,NY,PA I saw one bobcat. That was in WayWay about 20 years ago.
Fox siightings used to be rare also. However in the last 5-7 years I have often seen foxes.

I have been seeing bobcat and fishers/otter on my land in Sandyston for years. The Bobcat thing is not so suprising anymore, see them quite often. I dont really talk about it too much because a freind of mine said not to. He said next thing you know there will be a team of sate bioloists there putting restictions on my land. That would be a nightmare. No thank you.

Sounds like you know more than the rest of us. Not to bust balls but, Please post the info from the state so we all know. Can't report something that we know knothing of or may not exist.

i got one on my camera in allamuchy...it was walking away and i couldnt figure out what it was until my co-worker said thats a bob cat dumbass..i ve seen it all this year..deer eating with my grandmas dog..deer eating with foxes racoons and skunks...yotes and bears eating a bait block..a raccon climbed in my blind with me..whats next..hopefully a bobcat...

i have been hunting for 35 yrs and have never seen a bobcat in the wild .

We are loaded with cats up here. I kniw a bunch of trappers who stopped setting for foc because all they would catch are cats.
