Take venison cuttlets and pound them with a meat tenderizer.

you want pieces about 3in by 3 in

in a bowl mix a couple sticks of butter very soft to make paste.

Add shredded parmasean romano cheese salt pepper a little oregano and parsley.

I have no set measurments do it to your likeing.

put a spoon of mixture in meat roll and hold together with a toothpic.

when they're all done put in frying pan and fry till done.

you could add anything in the middle also I tryed with a piece of prosciutto it was awsome.
 
You forgot a buch on chopped up good fresh garlic across the top before you roll it up! [up]
