Been struggling with tendonitis in my left elbow which has made it difficult to stabilize the bow, just like target panic only with pain. Groups have been horrible until this weekend when I figured out how to wrap it.
I've got an ace bandage wrapped around forearm to lower bicep, then a tennis elbow strap wrapped TIGHT on the tendon. On top of those things is another brace that wraps around the forearm and bicep, all this has helped me finally hold my bow at full draw steady enough to shoot decent groups.
I've also been shooting with my quiver off the bow for the first time ever, the lighter weight is a relief for the tendon also. I can see this setup sucking after a few hours and when things get itchy but I'm shooting baseball groups @ 20, not the golf ball sized groups I can normally shoot but good enough to hunt.
What do you have to work around as far as getting in the woods with injuries?
