i have a 1979 Robalo 20' center console...on the boat i have a 1987 Johnson 150. that motor starts but now im having a problem getting it to crank....i think its a battery or starter problem. the other motor is a 1986 johnson 150. it ran last season and was winterized. it needs a starter and fuel pump or vro pump. i have the vro pump but it needs to be installed. i have a bunch of spare parts from a 1991 johnson 175. some parts are interchangable with the 150's i have 2 oill tanks for the 150's. im looking for a boat trailer for a seaswirl 21 ft cc. or im looking to sell EVERYTHING i mentioned make me an offer

Your killing me. I'd love to buy it. One question though. How did you find out the VRO pump was bad. VRO =Very Rarely Oiled! What I asking is that when that pump goes while the motor is running, the motor usually gets blown very quickly. A lot of folk, including me, on my Mako Johnson outboard, remove the VRO pump and just mix the oil and gas when they fill up.
Either way, the boat alone is worth $1,750 from what I can see without inspecting it. Is there a problem with the transom? It looks like you have installed a support plate on it?
I'm working on seeing if I can raise the money or a partner.
