WAY too many unanswered questions![confused] Really confused about what he even owns! Couldn't get a straight answer regarding guy who "had" a lease to hunt, etc., guy's all over the map. Only interested in selling for 750K and if he can't, looks like he wants to turn it into a bidding war. MAX 6 man spot! thanks for the tour and maybe you should take the chinese farmers offer[rofl][rofl][rofl]! We're out! [wallmad]

You guys looking for land need to get out and do some legwork. You can find places for a lot less.
x2..some people have more money then brains..they try to buy there way when it comes to hunting..like paying thousands to hunt in other states...just to put a head on there wall..[wallmad]you'll never make believe you are a hunter..like deermaster said..knock on some doors and ask permission..that cost nothing, you would be surprised even if the land is posted...sometimes a conversation goes along way.

There are some hunters here that are more fortunate that others when it comes to finding areas to hunt.
Some areas of S jersey where I live are overrun with clubs and private land is extremely hard to come by.

If you have had good fortune in finding areas to hunt by knocking on doors, then thats fine.
But, don't come on here preaching the gospel just because others here may have different ideas or methods in which they prefer to obtain hunting privileges.

The GREED here is incredibale. $300 a month thats $3,600 a year for land that is 10 acres of woods, fields up against horses a lease to a farmer and a lease to an airport who in the past was hunting this. You would have to be desperate to lease this and have money to throw away. That kind of money could get you 10 decent acres in a much better area with no conflists with other leases.
