$3.64 at Exxon in my town in Bergen County. Why is that station so much more? Just yesterday heard the National average (so far) was $3.79; that guy is way above that? [down]

FIRST OFF OBAMA IS AN AHOLE

BUT blaming the price of gas on him is BS.
this game started while BUSH was in office.
The gas companies continue to push the envelope, trying to reach the breaking point.
and NONE of our government has done anything to stop it.
its time the reopen the wells closed here, and create laws that stop us from importing the oil pumped out of Alaska to places like Russia.
let all the other countrys fight over the oil price out there.
by keeping American oil here and selling it at a fair price we could rebuild our economy quickly.
Instead we are allowing the gas companies to cripple us everyday

He is a bonified @$$ munch [spy] who is probably doing the same thing a custom station in Wallingtom use to do, jacking his price up to screw the commercial companies that hold accounts with him [confusedagain]

We should be trading our wheat and corn for oil. A bushel of wheat or corn for a barrel of oil. And also kill all this "speculation" BS about the future of oil.

INFLATION PASS IT ON TO WHOS NEXT
Has nothing to do with inflation [confused] it's simple greed by oil baring countries and oil company, OPEC hated it when the price of gas was down here in America and was doing everything they could to get it heading back up [wallmad]

These unchecked rising fuel prices will continue to cripple our county from gaining any kind of economic recovery and they know it [down] and that @$$ hat in the White-house wont do a damn thing about it except maybe go over to the middle east bow down to them and grovel at there feet like the disgrace he is, I can't wait till the elections.

Hammer said it! We own a shell and the price mark up 6 years ago was great now with cost of fuel the mark up is right around 10-12 cents its not the stations making money that's for sure and the cost to deliver it is right around 3 cents per gal....there's a little more profit in prem fuel but its not like it used to be that's for sure. And alot of the problem is there's like 5 or 6 hands that meld money on the fuel before it even goes in your tank. I don't understand y there's so many people between the manufacturers and the dealers but there's nothing we can do about it I guess. Even owning a station I pay the same amount as everyone else actually more because there's 4 stations in town cheaper than us but I can't drop prices to match or I wont make a penny on the fuel that I have

dont ever bu from that guy he is on river road in summit right off of rt 24. he is always $1.00 to $1.50 per gallon higher than anyone, you can drive 500 yards past him and get it for $3.45. he is also known for having lots of water in his gas

Hedge Funds drive up the price not the oil companies if you're gonna put the blame on someone put it on wall street! I'm a distributor and watch the market all day long it was down 2 days in a row and up today to take back what it went down in 2 days for no reason!

It's a combination of several factors but when they (OPEC) have the power to manipulate production the way they do, then naturally they hold the keys to the castle [smirk]

The stupidity and recklesness of this administration cause me to wish for Jimmy Carter’s ineptitude. By comparison, he can be forgiven for simply being naive and foolish.

Obama, OTOH, is neither. He is determined to undermine this nation’s greatness by destroying two if it’s pillars: Preeminence in energy production technology and preeminence in foreign policy.

The single greatest economic issue affecting the country right now is unemployment. That problem is exacerbated by the fact that we import so much oil.

The Obama/Salazar policies of destroying this nation’s energy production capacity serve only to worsen that problem. We simply cannot tolerate having these fools in charge of the machinery of government any longer than their current terms in office. If there were a reasonable and legal way to end it sooner that would be even better. Joe Biden couldn’t possibly do any worse.
