How long is the battery life on it. Is it waterproof?? I am going to be on a team in the next NJ ROUGH MUDDER event this Nov. Was thinking on getting one of these cameras to get some good footage of this inscane event. Any advice is well appericated.

My nephew has one and its mounted to his helmet for motocross.. The thing takes really good footage.. So I would say try it!!

Remmy is correct...You will get less run time in colder weather. Storeing a hand warmer with the camera is a good idea

Same here; a few of the guys I ride and race with use them. They take great footage. Things tend to look a bit different on video than they do in person, but, still good quality.
2.5hours on a full battery charge.

waterproof and battery supposed to be good for 2 hours or so but i had mine on for almost 3 phez hunting with it.
Have they made a shotgun mount yet for the Go Pro? Sorry to ask on this forum but seems like some kowledgeable people about it. Thanks. My brother did the TOUGH Mudder last year and doing it again this year. My 66 year old Father is doing it too!! Good luck.

GoPro also offers a small LCD screen that allows the user to see, in real-time, what the camera is filming. Works awesome for secondary angles when filming hunts.[up][up]
