With some of the recent storms in NJ many homowners have sustained damage to their homes. I am a licensed and bonded Public Adjuster who can get you paid for your damages. If you are interested in a free home evaluation contact me for more info.

Hey i dont know this guy and i dont approve of him using this as a place to advertise with out being a sponsor ,But i just recently finished a course to get my NJ Home Inspectors license .In that course the instuctor was telling us to never call your home owners insurence company first. You should call an outside insurance adjuster they will get you what you deserve

There is a big difference between a insurance ajuster and a home inspector. 1) you are not licensed to conduct a home inspection. 2)You should not mis-represent yourself "as you did in your title" as conducting one. 3) This forum is NOT for ambulance chasers. The state board frowns about that. arrowhead, where did you go to school.

Being an insurance agent I can vouch for this statement. Never call the COMPANY first. However if you have a good agent, the agent should be your first call. We fight very hard to make sure our clients get everything they deserve. We are a family business and have been around since 1945. There are good and bad in every industry. We retain our customers becuase of the high trust level we have. It gets tricky when you deal with direct writers (i.e. allstae, stat farm, geico, progressive) if your agent only offers one insurance company DO NOT call the agent first.

Support your local indedpendant agent.

I figured I met the 100 post limit to say this. But I won't be a total whore until my pops writes the check to be a corporate sponsor.

Why don't you post how much you take from the unsuspecting home owner.Oh you have to inflate the estimate first and then let the qualified carrier adjuster chizzel you down and then you still take your percentage. Tell the truth and it will set you free. PA's work for themselves not the property owner when the dust settles. If you have a questiable loss then a PA can possibly help get it paid, they have their ways. Your agent can do the same if he has enough clout with the carrier and your a good enough client

The carriers have to protect themselves against the independent agents as well that's why they hire specialist's to represent them and defend the carriers money that is if they have an honest representative that gets paid on their merit and not on a hand shake.

All I can say is that is why Ins rates in this state are what they are
Thats in all states the reason they over pay claims is they love to because then they are permitted from the goveners to raise their rates based upon their loss's paid out.

You thought the government was crocked the government has pages out of the insurance companys books how to get over on us all and the PA's know it and get part of it. The poor home owner gets it taken from them from the PA's and if you have any sence at all you can do the same as they do and keep your money in house for your self because you might need it to fix everything in your house.
