yea im kinda stuck i wanna get a new bow or do a lil crossbowing this year. but i LOVE the compound[up]

ten point, parker and excaliber are the top brands
excalibur! great customer service and when you need a string changed the recurve limbs can be easily done in field were compound style crossbow need to be changed with a press. remember the strings on a crossbow do not last as long as a compound usualy around 250 - 300 shots also excalibur limbs will be a little wider than other brands.best thing to do is go somewere and shoot different brands to see wich you like.

BTW Tip's has almost every if not all the most popular crossbows on display so you can find one that feels right and fits.
