i butchered my deer last night and took the select meats and wrapped them. the remainder i need to turn into chop meat, i live in bergen county. anyone know of a butcher who does this, and how much should i pay?
Yup, it works great if your only doing a couple deer a year.If you have a Kitchen Aid, buy the grinder attachment.
