Where to buy a suckling pig?

Here I am with my boys at our annual pig roast... it is dark but you can see our homemade smoker in the background.

are there are Filipino's on this board? If so, please PM me - no-one knows how to cook a whole pig like a Filipino does...

My mother was a nurse, and worked with many Filipino women that came to America to work in nursing. I always looked forward to their big picnics .... they really could make that pig sing [tasty] . (Really nice people, too)


But, us Pennsylvania hicks can put a licking on a pig, too ......

wow no offence but what does it taste like? my girlfriends parents are puerto rican and the cook a pig like this and snack on it all day during the holidays

why wouldnt you try it, I love fresh pig. by the end of the summer I wont touch it when I cook them only cuz I do so many . When done right they are the best eating
