After reading the post about how our NJ State Police were at it again this should really show the haters that NJ State Police and 99% of LEO are hard working and honest men and women who are out after the bad guys. Usually, the bad guys are the one's who have something bad to say about the men and women in blue.
Last night a NJ State Trooper, who I am proud to call a close buddy and good cop made a major bust on some low life poachers along with several other troopers, a couple of which are die hard hunters and visit the site from time to time.
My buddy spotted a car that was spotlighting and after making the stop it was discovered these low lives where poachers. After further investigation it was discovered that these low lives had illegally killed over 17 bucks all over north NJ. There was no reason to kill these bucks many of which I am sure were bucks many honest hunters were looking for and hoping to have a chance at. It is a shame that these bucks fell to the hands of a bunch of low lives like these and hopefully they will get fined and maybe get some jail time!!!!!
I want to thank the NJ State Troopers for doing their jobs and for dealing with low lives like these. These guys were armed with rifles so again, next time you want to bash the men and women in blue, understand the situations they deal with day in and day out the majority of those that bad mouth them would not have the courage to do. So today there are several less low live poachers and maybe your buck that you were after might live another day now that these guys who seem to have been at it for over a year have been collared up.
These guys had 17 mature bucks horns and over 50 carcasses that they killed illegally with bow and rifles. Not one tag for any of the game taken. This was a major poaching ring and we should all be glad that our NJ Troopers put an end to this ring.
I hope this post will get more than the 18 pages of post then the last NJ State Police received. Hopefully, there will be post from hunters who care and appreciate that our LEO and CO's try hard in ensuring dirt bags like these are stopped. Remember it was only two weeks ago a PA CO lost his life dealing with a poacher. My buddy had to deal with a weapon last night and it could have gone bad.
So thank you NJ State Police and CO's and all LEO for your service[up][up][up]
Here is a couple of the rack that were discovered at the poachers home.[down][down]
PS- for the haters we know that not any one group is perfect but like I said the majority of LEO are honest, hard working men and women who put their lives on the line day in and day out. They deserve 20 pages of post praising their hard work.[up]
SS!
