Do most of you carry a bag up with you while using a climber, and where do you put it. I was thinking about using a snap buckle on the side but idk if it will throw it off balance when im up????[confused]

I leave it on the ground and hoist it up with my bow or gun. I bring a small screw in hanger to hang it on, or just hang it off a branch nub. Or if you have an open shot you can leave the bag on your backwhile climbing I cant do that with my old cabelas POS becauce it is a sit and climb and the bag gets in the way while climbing.

I just started using a waist pack, and when I cliimb I slide it to the front of my body so that it doesnt get in the way and then when I get in the tree I put it around the tree this way i have easy access to everything right there...and i also put it to the front when im walking in with my climber so the climber lies flat on my back

I too carry everything, calls, extra knife, flashlight, scents, batteries, hat, gloves, water and lunch. I typically am in from dark to dark a ways in. I clip the back pack to the bottom of my summit. Once at the height I want to be I snap it on the side of the upper so I can reach in anytime I want or need to.

I either strap it to the tree or stand. No biggy. It wont move the climber!

i added a small piece of strap with a release buckle and sewed it underneath and all the way to the back of my climber seat. My pack fits under there perfect, out of the way, and can be reached without getting up. The seat will still fold up against the tree when i want to stand also. I use a Lone Wolf Alpha Climber.

I use the summit side bags. Everything I need fits in them. I leave my field dressing stuff in my truck. Its parked 300 yards from my tree so if I get a deer ill go to my truck and drop off my climber and grab my gear and go.
