Just watch any channel or read any article from a paper or magazine of your choice,they're all saying the same thing. It's pretty sad that you and 230graindiaperman has to turn this into a right wing left wing issue.

the saddest part about this whole thing is my wifes cousin and his partner have a system that will soak up the oil from the water while only soaking up 5% of the water making it easier to collect and it can then be burned as fuel but the govt wont use it. Im told its because the patent wont expire for two more years.He brought a bag up last week and demonstrated it,it was amazing how in seconds it seperated the oil from the water leaving the water crystal clear.Our elected leaders at their finest.Money before the people[mad]

Well what if the nuke subs that were sunk in the Norfolk Canyon leaks? Oh it will some day. What about the 27,000 abandoned wells start with issues one day as well should we still drill baby drill?

Someone in the cold country will eat moose while we clean oil from the goose.

Pure nonsense. Only oil you will see in NJ is tanning oil. Another ploy for the Obama adm. to create another government agency and throw your money out the winder. The Offshore Drilling Regulatory Division. And then they will probubly get the PB CEO and staff to run it LMAO!

Study currants and storm fronts, Once caught a giant blue dog shark on our long line took the tag number and we found out it was tagged in the gulf 3 years prior. We were totally amased so you think that fish followed a currant or you think he swam against the tide to get to the Toms canyon or just maybe he had wings and flew to that rip?

Be very supprized if we don't see anything from it on the east coast somewhere?

Maybe the environmentalists who forced deep sea drilling will think otherwise now. Had BP and others been able to drill closer to shore and not in such deep waters, perhaps the leak could have been more easily fixed and repaired sooner. Still, anyway you look at it, it's a huge mess. Just hope the gulf stream keeps it well of the shores on NJ, NY, CT and MA, ME.

Who ever told you this? Our Tuna come in from the east and they spawn accross to spain and the Azores these are our stocks in the NE. The stock that is in the south is a differant bunch of fish and don't swim from Nova Scotia to those waters and are differant stocks.

I herd there where 25 to 30 purse seiners in that nursery over by portugal is rapping away and ICAT isn't resolving that slaughter. There where sightings of this alleagadly going on from mechant marines who said they witnessed this.

Theres so much going on in this world one could never stay on top of it and it's all big business.

The Bimini Giants on that great edge some may be effected and the Cuban Bite for sure.

Study weather. Oil is lighter than water and floats on the surface. The prevailing easterly winds will not let it around florida. Even if by some chance some did get around it would never make it here and be blown on florida shores. When was the last time you found a coconut on the beach? lol.
