I think all of his of us enjoyed his posts and his genuine love of the outdoors. A huge loss. my thoughts and prayers to the family and the students he was teaching. So sad.

Words cannot describe the sadness I feel as I read this terrible news. Tom, you were a Hero in every sense of the word. You were a Father, son, husband, uncle and awesome American who cherished our natrual resourses. But most of all you were someone that had a huge hand in educating so many young people as a teacher and Vice Principle. You have forever left your mark in this world and you will never be forgotten. My prayers are with your family but you have always been and will continue to be in my prayers everyday.
