Cops Kill Bruin

KINNELON--A 250-pound male black bear that broke into a Thornwood Drive home and was scared away by three police officers was shot and killed after it returned shortly after, police said.

I'm sure the next article is gonna read : " Bear Group (cult) files suit against police on behalf of rouge bear for 'excessive' force in shooting death of said bear ".

Why didn't they have a bear proof screen door? The BEAR cult will start selling them now.

if you are hunting bear around your house, ie. backyard, is that considered baiting? if im on my roof with the bow is that hunting over bait?

I say to hell with the "bear proof" and bring on the buckshot! All the more reason that NJ needs a bear hunt. All season all weapons all year. These animals are pests in residential communities. Kill em all let god sort em out. Does anybody know why during the last bear hunt you could only use slugs or muzzleloaders?
