I am heading down to Sandy Hook this Saturday and Sunday with my three boys to do some surf fishing. Are the striper and blues still fishable from the surf?? Bunker and clams for bait ??

Bass are there. Lots of blues thrown in will add fun. Try both baits

Bring everything from poppers to diamond jigs,, clams and bunker.. steady action at the ripp from what i can see going by in the boat!

That was last weekend.
Like the guys said clams and bunker, bring metal and poppers for blues, they are all over.
