I'll be going out this afternoon...it's the last day and I would go in a blizzard...thankfully, it's going to be beautiful out, albeit a little windy, but I wouldn't miss my last chance to sit in the woods until turkey

How could I possibly not go out? My plans were to hunt my spot in zone 7 this afternoon, but the deer in zone 7 don't move until last light, whereas the deer in zone 9 start moving before 4pm, so after re-thinking my strategy, I've decided to go back to zone 9 again this afternoon one last time. Best of luck to all venturing out today for one last horah [up]

I read this and thought that the last day was tomorrow so I went to the regulations section of the NJ div of F&W and it is tomorrow for the zones that continue past January. I probably will not be out today due to an ear ache but hope to be one last time tomorrow!

Farmingdales Finest, where did you find your information? Given that Sunday Bow hunting was passed AFTER the compendium was printed, I contacted F&G. This is the response they sent me on February 16, 2010 . . .

February 20 is the last date barring any change by the Fish and Game Council which is not anticipated. PT

Just got in from work and double checked the rules myself before seeing this post. It's 3 p.m. now, so I have to gear up and take a walk to the back corner of my property with the xbow. Good luck to all, I hope we get some good harvest reports later. (zone 8)

I saw ALOT of tracks this morning, they were everywere.

Same here. Last week, no signs within 50 yards. Today, must have been a herd of them and so fresh it was like they just left! Serves me right for sleeping in[wallmad] Where's that alarm clock video?[lol]
