By the stride and leg position....I'd say its male,
narrower pelvis to get that slight twist and behind of the trailing leg. Forward leg the way its landing also makes it look male, wider female hips tend to make the foot land to the outside edge for balance.
Ever see a photo, or especially those pencil drawings of suspects........and it looks like someone you KNOW????

maybe it was a man now it is a woman,thing, it whatever. It needed the money for more opperations/hormone treatments. Or maybe it is an anti woman they can be quite "manly" or an anti male they can be quite feminine. who the hell knows.
