Well i got close to 500 bucks in cabelas gift cards. I figured i would use it all on a new bow. Im tired of having my hand down my pants all fall waiting for muzzleloader and shotgun to start while everybody is out bow hunting. I got the itch, i need to start bow hunting. Does anybody have any auggestions or advice for me? Like i said, i have close to 500 bucks in gift cards and may put out another 100 bucks or so to get a decent setup. Im not looking for anything fancy or top if the line, just something good to start with. I'd like to buy a bare bow from cabelas and then bring it home and have it set up at a local bow shop because i figured a local shop would be alot more helpful then getting it done at cabelas.
