Yeah you know it's bad when you almost cry when you break one and have to have a special ceremony to offer the broken arrow to the arrow gods....

I also knew it was pretty bad when I thought about using fletch lac as an aftershave....:')

Good Hunting, PS

L I T better buy your wife or other family members clothes pins for their noses or do it in the shed or garage nothing stinks quite like burnt feathers.

Also make some cardboard or wood templates of feather shapes you like so when you do get it you can just use the template to shape the wire.

Have Fun!!!

Lefteye it really depends on how much adjustability you want. If you want to play with diff. helical offsets and such then a bitz jig would be a good idea.

If you know what works already and can tune a bow a simple Arizona EZ fletch will do the trick.

Which chopper did you get? I had one that was 5" shield cut and it did a really nice I think I bought it from Three Rivers. First time I used it I almost broke it by hitting it too hard, so be careful your first couple of tries.

BTW I noticed you said not yet that's man speak for woman still hasn't worn you down at this current time but if they want you bad enough your toast brother.....:')

Good Fletching, PS
