I took my 4 year old out on his 1st scouting experience 2 weekends ago. He was sitting in the blind with me when we heard a loud crow sound. He said "Dad!! Did you hear that giant turkey??" Told his mother it was a 100 lb giant turkey. It was awesome. Can't wait to take him out again.

My son, he's 4 also, comes out with a lot of them dandy's too. Aren't they the greatest times.[up]

you know it!! any time you want to take your kids out, let me know, I have two pop up blinds, perfect for the little guys.

I'm on my last child at 12 years old, enjoy them, they grow up quick. Lots of fun and memories. Great for bonding and the whole sport.

He's going to be the adventurer, he isn't scared of anything (which can be good and bad at 4). I dont believe in those parents that push their kids unwillingly, he asked me to go in the woods so I said yes, of course!!
