I just talked to a buddy of mine, he bought his bone collecter at cabelas and did not need his FID they only wanted his DL.anybody else see this u need it for shotguns rifles etc. just not muzzleloaders
Has anybody bought a muzzleloader in PA that lives in NJ????

Got my Omega at cabelas in hamburg. Don't even think they asked for my license.

I bought my T/C Triumph from Cabelas in PA. I walked in, told them the gun I wanted and all they asked for was my drivers license. They bore sighted the gun for me, handed it to me and I walked with it to the register!

Federal law does not recognize a black powder rifle (muzzleloader) as a firearm as is not regulated as such.
What's strange is NJ does.

Yup kind of like when an animal kept in a CAGE for a long time is let out it typicaly does not know what to do freedom IS a strange thing to those who grow up with out it.
