does this also count for the encore pro hunt 209x50

I bought my CVA ML from Cabelas in PA two years ago. All I needed was my drivers license. But when I bought the H&R Slug Gun last Dec, yes, I did need my FID card.

but can u buy the encore there beings it can be changed to a rifle

Bought my Omega at the Harrisburg gunshow 2 yrs ago. They wanted the money that was it lol.
And.... it was $527.00 at Bass Pro Shop and I got it at the show (exact gun) $399.00.

Federal law does not recognize a black powder rifle (muzzleloader) as a firearm as is not regulated as such.
Yep...Rule of thunb...If the receiver accepts manufactored rimfire or centerfire barrels without modifications such an Encore and I believe H&R and Knight also has one out there, you as a NJ resident will need a FID for out of state purchases.

Yup kind of like when an animal kept in a CAGE for a long time is let out it typicaly does not know what to do freedom IS a strange thing to those who grow up with out it.
