I killed this small bull after five frustrating days of chasing NOCTURNAL elk around the mountains south of Chama NM. Un-seasonabley warm temps for November had the day time elk movemenmt nearly NON-existent. So on the last day of the hunt I made the decision to drop the hammer on this young bull and enjoy some fine eating in the months ahead.
