Hi folks!

Wednesday is Veterans' Day. Let's see how many of you are Vets. If you've served our country in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Reserves, etc, PLEASE let us know so we can honor you all on Wednesday!

Tell us what branch you served in, when/where you served, etc. We'd love to hear from you!

i'll post this for my father who had a stroke in 2001

vietnam war.....U.S ARMY...watched helicopter take fire and explode killing 11 guys in his unit...GOD BLESS ALL OUR ARMED FORCES

My grand father, Gerald A. Grande was in WWII he was in the first wave on normandy beach in the dog green sector at 18 years old, was also in the battle of the buldge and was at the concentration camp Dachau to liberate it. He is a great inspiration to me and every veterans day i send him flowers and take him out to dinner. We also went to france 2 years ago and traced his path he took during the war, well some of it anyway. HUGE THANK YOU to all vets out there!

I was too young for Vietnam, too old for any of our current wars but I am forever grateful to all the Veterans who served in our country's military. I honor my Grandfather and Uncles who served in the Military, my Uncle George who was in Korea, Uncle Carl who served on the Cuban Naval Blockaide! It is the sacrafices of all our veterans that we enjoy the freedom we have today! I salute you all!
