Got one this morning 17lbs 1/2in. spurs and a 4inch beard. I seen a bigger bird on tues about 30 yards to far. He was in the field with some hens tis morning but this one came on in.I hope he will be around for B week!

I believe this warm spell has them fouled up on mon and tues they were really vocal on leaving their roost,it was cooler on those days. Today not a gobble until 830am.Next week should be good!

Tomorrow and friday should be real good days in my opinion you are exactly right about the warm weather, gobbling was real good on monday tues was so so and today they were pretty quiet i have been turkey hunting for 13 years and every time it got into the 80s and even the low 90s a few years ago it was real quiet but once that cold front blew thru the birds were gobbling there heads off the next day.
Hopefully this holds true for the next two days.
