Youth bow reccomendations

I am going to get a new bow for my 13 yr old nephew this year. He is currently shooting a Browning micro midas which is on its last adjustment of 24". Can anyone reccomend a good bow that has an adjustable draw starting at 25" w/ a draw weight of at least 40#s??

Parker makes a great bow that adjusts 40-50lb with an 18"-28" draw length adjustments.
