Thats the way i like to do it. I'd even add some sesame oil to the soy mixutre, encrust it with sesame seeds and sear it.wasabi & soy paste; let sit ~ 15 min. and put on a hot well oiled grill about 3-4 min a side; check color in middle for no more done than medium rare beef.
