but to answer your question, no it's not. i haven't missed a deer in a few years. i make sure i have the shot before i just chance one.

yes there is...that deer scream on a bad hit. my buddy hit one years ago. i wasn't even close to him but i heard this scream and i didn't know what it was. it went right through me. later on i found out it was the deer he hit. man i never want to hear that again.

I've heard that scream on a good hit! It is a nasty sound! I once hit a rabbit that made a pretty scary scream when I hit it....I just got the chills thinking about it![down][smirk]

He sees plenty of those at the petting zoos and 4H Club events with his two daughters!!!!
