WHO WILL BE APPLYING FOR A CCW IN NJ?
Wondering who will apply now that SCOTUS has ruled in our favor. I know it will take a while to get things ironed out in NJ but once everything is in place and the classes and qualifications are met who will be applying. I say better have it and not need it. I will apply as soon as things are in place. NJ won't surrender on this and will prob pass some regs to get around it so we might have to wait a little longer than most. I will get the classes and qualification out of the way though.

I was told it goes to an Ocean County judge for signature I was told I would not have to go to court unless there was a problem which i obviously do not expect or i would not have applied if i had a bad history

I'm in Jackson hoping that doesn't matter. Should be the same with all of Ocean then I would assume.
I received mine from Union County, no restrictions. Took me nearly 4 months. I then applied online to PA at 10:30 pm one night and was approved by noon the next day lol. I’ve got my NY application in for 2-3 weeks now and am guessing it’s gonna be a slow process.

No residence in PA, just not required. I do have property and address in NY state, though not primary residence.

Yes. There are three counties in PA that are still issuing Non-resident permits, though they will only approve if you have a PCH from your home state. I was a pA resident for 5 years had my CCW in PA . I would be interested in applying for non resident
I filled out the form online and emailed it to Pike county court house and 30mins later had approval, then called to schedule a time to pick it up, Then 10 mins at the courthouse, Snapped a picture of me, and $20 for 5 years, Pa permit in Wallet.That's great to know thank you do you know what the other 2 counties are?
Got the call today went and picked up my license. Didn't think I would ever see the day in NJ. Great feeling finally I almost gave up hope. It's been 8 months since I dropped off my paperwork. Immediately after getting the license I signed up for US Law Shield. $10.95 a month and I got an add on for $2.95. I'm gonna apply for PA tomorrow.

I will Slayer thanks. They spelled my last name wrong by one letter. I called the court and left a message for the woman who handles it she is very nice waiting for her to call me back. Do you think its still ok to carry? It has my picture on so I don't see why not.
My friend just told me I can't carry with it. He said shred it, throw it away and wait for the new one. I'm gonna be safe and do that.
You do not want to go through all you have gone through and get arrested on a technicality.
Called the court the next day and they were so nice. they told me to come in today bring the license and they had a new license waiting for me. It was an easy fix thank god.
