Any idea? I asked a rep at the Savage booth at the Harrisburg show and he said they should be shipping any day yet I called a gunshop and they said they wouldn't be able to get them until mid-summer.
When will the stainless steel Savage 220s be available?

Ever consider getting it Cerakoted? I have no personal experience with it but it gets good reviews. Plus, you have many options on what colors you can get. I may get the blued version and then get the action, barrel, scope rings and bases Cerakoted and have the stock bedded and custom painted. Or, get the stainless and just get the stock bedded and painted. I'm not a big fan of the plain black stock or the camo.
I read somewhere that the stainless actions are smoother than the blued but not sure if its true as I haven't worked the action on both.
