When is the best time to hunt deer?
Early Morning? Before sun rise?...

anytime! but i like the morning the best.

All day. The best time I think is the first half hour in the morning and the last half hour of the night. Deer seem to move more then. But I do prefer the mornings.

I love mid-day hunting.... I always see deer moving between 11am and 2pm.... That last hour before dark is usually good as well...That first hour in the morning is always interesting too!!! Dark to dark is the real answer! You never know when that big buck is going to walk on by![up]

Any time you can get out. I just had an hour to burn so I went across the street and nailed a nice doe with the muzzleloader. Time of death 10:05am.

Whenever you can get out is always the best. As for seeing deer, I usually see them the first 2 hours of sunlight and the last 2 hours of sunlight.

I did some thinking on this and realized most of the deer I have killed were after 10am.

That doesn't mean there is no benefit getting on stand before dawn.
