I am a big venison cheese steak guy. Well tonight I sliced the meat real thin on the meat slicer. It was lights out best venison I ever had. I can't wait to do it again. I only have 3 or 4 meals left. If any of you have a meat slicer try its great.

An old friend's family had an Italian deli in Elizabeth, and they gave me a slicer. Really thinly sliced venison, beef makes a big difference in sandwiches like that, etc

Besides venison cheese steaks owning a good slicer saves money on cold cuts too. Ie: leftover ham, turkey or roast beast. Does a nice job on cabbage for homemade coleslaw or onions and lettuce for subs too.[patcheye]
