Well, while ambling down River Road towards Harrison this AM, I notice a car coming north suddenly stop ahead of me. Only to find a leggy deer come charging out of a parking lot and trotting along river road! I know I'm not awake in the morning, but that jolted me awake. Must be the same one that was mentioned on the local paper's web site in Lyndhrust end of last week. Lots of eats locally, but his chances for survival with traffice are pretty slim.
