I just shot one (copperhead) the other day that was under a storage shed I moved. About 2 feet away from where my 2 year old rides her tricycle every day.

No. I had my .40 on me. Took 2 shots, first was reactionary and just grazed him. Second shot was more steady with a crimson trace red dot on his head. He's headless now..

It's actually amazed me how long a snake will move without a head. I had to beat it with a shovel a few times to make it stop...

thats what i though the first pic looks like somewhere near the pavillion? there really are alot of them up there, tal boots haha[up]
