Ground up some of the chop meat I got back from butcher. He put some pork fat in it, so it wasn't dry. Cooked with some onions and taco seasoning. Garnished with some sour cream, guacamole, and shredded cheese. Even the kids enjoyed it. tasted better knowing it was the son's first deer. [tasty]

I like to heat the flour tortillas or fajita wraps on one side, flip, sprinkle with the cheese and then add the filling and roll up.

Not authentic. Yours is more authentic, but check this out. Roll those up and deep fry them, and then dip in guacamole or pico.
