I put my turtle trap in on Monday Evening. Within an hour I had a painted tutle, which I let go. I come pack on Thursday Night and had a big surprise. Some anti A**hole opened the back of my trap and threw it on land.

Why the hell must they screw with us. I was 100% legal in what I was doing. All I can say is I hope I catch the SOB screwing with my trap

I wouldnt say it was some anti ,it was most likly some idiot that didnt know any better ,I get it alot w/ my minnow traps and other things I try to hide ,they dont know what it is so they pull it out of the water .put it out a little farther and stake it so they have to get wet feet to get at it

I would agree if tehy didn't rip open the back of the trap. The problem with a turtle trap is some of it has to be above water so teh turtle can breath.
