Hey guys quick ? I didn't apply for a permit.So what are the chances to get a over-the-counter permit?I'm thinking zone2 period A.Anybody ever have any luck with it.Thanks..................

zone 2 weekends and first week go fast, may be only a handful left for over the counter, a few years ago they sold out, so keep a close eye!
