with trout season around the corner. does anyone want to share their favorite trout recipe or how they cook theirs?

i like to either wrap mine in bacon, with a little franks red hot and then grill it

or place one in tinfoil with lemon and parsley and then cook it.

yes i meant, spring stocking. i use to go out all winter, but then i started trapping[hihi]
